Do you dream of helping clients in a fintech environment?

As a Customer Support Officer at Soluzio, you will be the first port of call for questions and problems from our customers.
This goes beyond just telephone support! You will alternate between systems, tasks, tools and colleagues.
You will solve problems, answer questions and tackle situations, always with customer satisfaction in mind.
You will enter a dynamic environment where new things happen every day in addition to a number of recurring tasks.
For example: the daily invoice flows and their follow-up, active collaboration with our relationship managers, onboarding new customers, etc.
Given our strong growth, we want to continuously optimise our operations and make customers even more central in everything we do.
So we are looking for someone who knows his way around every storm and who turns every routine into a work of art.
We are looking for someone who puts the customer at the centre of everything they do, a customer-oriented attitude is really a must.
Someone who picks up the phone when there is a problem, informs the customer, helps further and works wonders behind the scenes.
Someone who works punctually and can structure their to-do's and tasks themselves.
We therefore expect excellent communication skills in Dutch both orally and in writing.
Knowledge of French and English are definitely an additional asset.
Customer-oriented, always willing to help and offer solutions. Proactive and independent working attitude
Knowledge of E-invoicing and digitalisation is a plus, but certainly not a must
